2. Return Conditions The watch must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accompanying documentation, packaging, and accessories. Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered after receipt will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the item was demonstrably damaged or incorrectly delivered. We strongly recommend using insured shipping given the value of the timepieces.

5. Refund Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive a full refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Exceptions Items that have been specially adjusted or serviced at the buyer's request fall outside the standard right of return.
